The Goodwill Ambassadors of the Latin American Music Center are those individuals who, because of their international prestige, are relevant in the artistic, social, political or business fields, volunteering to highlight important programs of the Celam, stimulating the productive value of creation for a conception of life and a vision of the future that seeks to understand young people as a solution and not as a problem; transforming societies and promoting social development through music.​

Latin America enjoys an amazing musical wealth that nourishes the world, nevertheless, its almost 600 million inhabitants, have the worst distribution of income on the planet, marked by a great inequality of social and economic conditions that affect the population's access to education and cultural goods.

  • Promote regional integration in Latin America.

  • Promote the advancement and prospecting for new social and educational opportunities.

  • Develop and strengthen the skills and technical skills.

  • Promote the exchange of experiences and own musical knowledge of each country.

  • Promote equitable access to education and free movement of knowledge.

  • Refer and energize the productive value of creation and the efforts of individuals or groups.

  • Improve the quality of life of each nation by increasing human capacity
